Visit Us

The Grant Resource Center is housed in the Franklin Public Library, in Franklin, PA.  The address of the library is 421 Twelfth Street, Franklin, PA 16323.  Click here to view a map of the Franklin Public Library and surrounding area on

The Grant Resource Center is open during regular library hours, which are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday.   The library and the Grant Resource Center are closed on Sundays.

You do not need an appointment to use our resources, but it is recommended for first time visitors.

You do not need a Franklin library card to use the databases or reference materials, but you do need a Franklin Public Library card to check out our circulating books and resources.
